"When we decided to move from Calgary to Okanagan Valley early 2021, we contacted couple of realtors in the area but was not impressed by them. Until we got to know Ms. Erin McLeod of Zolo Realty. Since we didn't know the Okanagan area much, we were looking all over the place in Kelowna, Penticton, Summerland, and Lake Country. I remember we drove from Calgary and first time met Erin in Lake Country Starbucks. She was very friendly with a nice smile. She showed us few houses in Lake Country area. We liked one and even put an offer subject to selling our house in Calgary. But the seller was in rush and took another offer.
After that we were in touch with Erin almost daily from Calgary. She would go around and show us houses remotely by Facetime. As soon as that we sold our house in Calgary, Erin found us a house in West Kelowna and showed us by Facetime that we liked it and drove from Calgary to see it in person. A month after that, we moved to our new house in West Kelowna and Love it. Erin went above and beyond her duties to find us a house and helped us to settle.
